Hot and Spicy Red Chicken Curry Recipe
Ingredients red chicken curry recipe:
250 grams sliced chicken breast and thighs
1 cup coconut milk, thick or the first extract
½ cup coconut milk
2 tablespoon red curry paste
1 table spoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon whey
3 pieces sliced red finger chili
4 pieces kaffir leaves, sliced thinly
2 tablespoon chopped parsley leaves and stems
1 tablespoon parsley leaves for garnish
1 piece red chili finger, cut into half for garnish
- In a large skillet, mix half cup of thick coconut milk or the first extract with chili paste, let it simmer until it oily. Add the remaining first extract of thick coconut milk together with whey, sugar, and kaffir leaves.
- Provide another pan for chicken. Sauté the chicken until it cooks tender. Add the ½ cup coconut milk or the second extract. Make sure the chicken is perfectly cooked before you add into the chili-coconut mixture. Add the parsley and check the coconut milk consistency until it looks creamy or thickened. When it’s done, top it with chopped parsley and chili on top.
