3 pounds chicken wings cut into two and remove the tip also
½ cup ketchup
¼ cup water
¼ cup honey
¼ cup white vinegar
2 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons hot sauce (you can adjust depending the amount of spice you desired)
3 minced garlic
3 tablespoons minced onions
- Heat frying pan before pour the oil. Heat the oil and deep fry the chicken wings. Place it in colander with paper towel before transferring into the platter.
- Heat the saucepan and combine all ingredients and bring to boil. Low the heat and let it simmer for 20 minutes until it turns to sticky sauce.
