Drop Egg Cream Soup Recipe
Hi guys! Today, i want to share you another soup recipe called Drop egg cream soup. This is a common soup recipe but for me, this is so special. Everyone love this recipe because of the drop fresh egg and so creamy soup. Anything we can pair with this soup like fried rice and garlic bread. We want soup because it’s easiest way to cook for. In restaurant they usually serve soup, so you don’t need to go in the restaurant to taste the delicious creamy soup. You can make it in your home with special ingredients. Here are the Drop egg cream soup ingredients:
FOR THE SOUP:
1 quart steamed and pitted cherries
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon sugar
1 quart cold water
pinch of salt
1/4 cup cold water
3 tablespoon flour
pinch of salt
pinch of nutmeg
There are two ways if cooking this Drop egg cream soup recipe:
For HOT SOUP:
1. Prepare the egg drop first. Beat egg thoroughly then stir in water. Add flour, salt and nutmeg and continue beating until it all blended well or when it smooth using fork.
2. Combine soup ingredients and bring to boil. Drop the egg mixture and stir constantly until it thickened. Cook for 5 minutes until the dumplings floated on top.
FOR COLD SOUP:
1. If the soup is served with ice, don’t cook the egg drop together with it. The first thing you will do is after boiling the soup for 5 minutes, let it cool, put in a jar and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving. Before serving, cook the egg drops with water and salt using same procedure above. After cooking, drain well before adding into the soup. Get a table spoon of sour cream and add to each serving. Either float it on top or stir.
